Roof Inspection
A Certified/Licensed Roofer inspects your roof and all house systems related to the roof that can be examined without altering any existing system. If an inspection is not possible without altering existing systems, a note will be made on inspection sheet; all other components other than the infraction, will be inspected.
The Inspector will-
- Inspect the under portion of your roof deck from attic.
- Inspect outermost layer of the roofing system.
- Inspect any accessories that fall on the eve and rake of roof.
What is received upon the completion of the roof inspection-
- Copy of all three components stated above.
- A bid to repair any damage discovered in the roof inspection.
- And/or a bid to install an entire roof system.
